Corrected my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. I was towards the end of the Desert run when I got the update. But the combat sections were now way too difficult. Thinking this was now a money grab and that I couldnt proceed further into the new Mountain pass. I now see that you can go to Tibet anyway. Every location now goes from easy to hard, versus the difficulty increasing from location to location. Still a very good game! Keep them coming
I love the new update, i like the level section but also infinite mode

Some bad moments

The game itself is actually pretty good, with decent graphics and lots of variation. However the business model Square Enix have chosen to monetize on the title is absolutely horrible. Midway through the first world the difficulty spikes noticeable, making it necessary to use items that boost whatever it is the current stage wants you to collect. Initially these items can be bought using coins of which you collect plenty in the game, but halfway through the upgrade paths the cost switches to the second in-game currency, gems. Of these you will find barely any on your runs, usually zero to one per. Just a basic level one outfit however costs 80+ gems to acquire, and subsequently more and more gems to upgrade, which means Square really wants you to spend money, and a lot of it. Add to that a janky framerate and unrecognized swipes that regularly lead to your death (from which you can revive, of course, for gems), and the game becomes very frustrating very fast. 1/5 - Do not waste your time with this
Downloaded the game and it wont pass the loading screen . It gets it 89% than stops and wont load .. Anyone know how to fix this ? I really wanna try the game.
The last version I collect all the relics for the two stages. Now with this update I have to start the whole thing again. Plus not giving alot of ammo for guns during the stage whats the point... The last version too they give us sometime lifes and coins after a couple of hours .. Now with this version nothing....Its more complicated then the last version. They want us to pay more real money. I stop playing this game its turn me down.
The in-game currency is gems (wow, how original) which you will absolutely require in order to progress. The unfortunate thing is that its impossible to gather enough gems by simply playing the game. Ive been playing this off and on for the past 2 weeks and in that time, Ive been able to earn 204 gems. The very first upgrade slot for the very first weapon, the dual pistols, costs 140 gems. Id hate to know how many gems would be required for the other 6 weapons, not to mention the many outfits and their requisite upgrades. Its very unfortunate because the game can be entertaining (for a "runner") but as a gamer, I enjoy the challenge of playing games to win, not paying. Guess Im not the target audience for this title.
When ever I launch the game it makes me wait for like five minutes and the makes a crash sound and the crashes on me every time.
Downloaded it when it first came out deleted it because it kept crashing and lagging its not my internet cause my other games dont do that, redownload it in the hopes the problem is fixed NOPE NOPE it still crashes and crashes and crashes and crashes please fix the problem would rate higher it this problem is fixed
